In the farm, plants and vegetables are produced naturally, without added fertilizers (different types of lettuces, tomatoes, cucumbers, cauliflowers, eggplants etc.). During summer months, we produce cauliflowers (a winter vegetable) in the greenhouse even in June. We produce also, different types mushrooms and wheat, corns, barley field over 40 000 square meters.
 

To provide artichoke year around in the Marmara region, we cultivated it which is special only for the Izmir’s area. This way we did sell artichoke to the restaurants and markets in Istanbul during winter months (October, November and December).

Exotic mushroom production (shiitake mushroom) Beside, we produce, regular and exotic mushrooms (Japanese shiitake mushrooms) well known in Europe useful in curing some illnesses. These types of mushrooms are cultivated in a special, sterile semi-dark and humid place.
