The present farm lies on an 85 000 square meters
land and the 5 houses occupy only 7 000 square meters of the
landscape. Each house has 100 square meters living area
consisting of 3 bed rooms, one living room with fire place,
fully furnished kitchen, bath room and a patio with BBQ place.
The houses reflects different old Turkish regions, such as
Central Anatolia built with sun dried bricks, Istanbul’s old
style wood house, the ones made of bricks and stones represent
the Black sea area. |

For our guest’s comfort, we have continuous electricity,
water, gas and
cable TV with over 100 channels, radio, telephone and a large parking
area, also playground for children with table tennis, basketball and a
fitness room. |

Within the farm there is a pond, a stable for cattle, and
sheep, specially designed poultry houses for turkey, chickens, geese,
and ducks, small houses for dogs and cats, greenhouses, fruits trees
(apple, cherry, quince, plum and nut) and a veterinary room for the care
of our animals. |
