Grandma’s Farm is located on a land that
is owned by Öztalay Family for over
200 years; formerly known as Süleyman Bey farm when it
was measured over 300 000 square meters. As the time
goes by, the land has gotten smaller because of
inheritances. At the present time the farm is owned by
Ali Haydar Öztalay and his wife Fatma Hakime Öztalay. |

area within the farm. This idea was accepted by
the other members of the family and planned
|
to build different old style Turkish
houses consistent of 4 homes with different Turkish
architecture and one house with 2 stories for social
events. At the center of the area, there is a large
swimming pool for the guests. The facility was opened
for operation in March 2000 and initially hosted foreign
factory managers of Ford Otosan, Knauf, Good Year and
Hyundai etc. |
